This report displays consents road usage for a jurisdiction, in a table summary report that shows:

  • A list of roads for each application type that have a consent
  • The total number of consents by road
  • The class type for each application type displayed in the report
  • A number of consents for a road that with Case Status = Completed
  • A number of consents for a road that with Case Status = Refused.

The report can be customised by using both the report filters (top of report view) as well as the table filters (see Using filters on tables).

Application Type

The report will display the application type in-line with the associated 'Road Name and Suburb'

 

Consent Total

The total count of all consents associated with the 'Primary Key' 

  • The consent total may not be the total of the 'Completed' & 'Refused' columns

Approved

The total count of consents that are associated with a case in the status of 'Completed' for the 'Primary Key' 

 

Refused

The total count of consents that are associated with a case in the status of 'Refused' for the 'Primary Key' 

 

Class

The report displays the class in-line with each application type

  • Where the class is not specified the report will show no value

Road Name

Where a road has a consent the report will display the road name and suburb

  • e.g., John St, Newstead
  • Where the suburb differs for a road but the application type remains the same a new row will be inserted
  • The report does not display a road that has no consents

Application Type

The report will display the application type in-line with the associated 'Road Name and Suburb'


Consent Total

The total count of all consents associated with the road name

  • Where the suburb differs for a road but the application type remains the same a new row will be inserted
  • The report does not display a road that has no consents
  • The consent total may not be the total of the 'Completed' & 'Refused' columns

Approved

The total count of consents that are associated with a case in the status of 'Completed' for the road name

 

Refused

The total count of consents that are associated with a case in the status of 'Refused' for the road name

 

Class

The report displays the class in-line with each application type

  • Where the class is not specified the report will show no value
