Step-by-step guide          

  1. From the home Account screen, click on the Account tile in the the Manage customer account in the centre of the screenImage Removed. Or click on the ‘folder plus person’ iconImage Removedlocated at the bottom of the side navigation panel. All of the Account functions are also included in the drop-down menu next to Customer Account name located in the top paneImage Removed.Image Removed

  2. To change the Customer Account you are viewing, select Change Active Account. A green dot shows against the current active accountImage Removed.

  3. Select the account name you wish to change to.  This will take you to the Home screen of the new Active Account. You can check that you are in the right account by looking at the Account Name showing in the top pane.
  4. To update the details for a customer account, select Update Customer Account from the drop-down menu in the top pane under the Customer Account nameImage Removed.

  5. Update the Entity Details, Contact Image Added or use the side navigationImage Added or top navigationImage Added.

    Note: Make sure you check you are in the correct customer account before you make any changes. See the Customer Account name in the top navigation. Use Change active account to switch to another account.


  6. Update your Account information under Details, using the arrows on the right to expand and collapse each section.

    The Entity Details are extracted from the ABN register. These details can only be updated from the registered information. If they are changed on the ABN register, Refresh ABN Extract to update the portal information.


  7.  this screenContact Details and Billing Details, as required, by using the tabs at the top of the screen and changing the fields as required.
    NOTE: Before you can make any changes on the Contact Details or Billing Details page you will need to uncheck the box at the top of the screen “Contact/Billing address same as registered business address”.

  8. Click Update Customer Account at the bottom of the screen. A pop-up will confirm your account has been successfully updated.
    NOTE: ABN information shown on this page is drawn directly from the ABN register, if this information is incorrect, you will need to update the ABN register first and then use the REFRESH ABN EXTRACT button.Image Removed


 

  

  1. View and open your active users from the Details tab or see the list of users under the Users tab.
