When changing Managing all of your customer account information such as the entity details, contact details or billing details, including users and access.

Step-by-step guide          

  1. From the Account screen, click on the Manage customer account in the centre of the screen or use the side navigation or top navigation.

    Note: Make sure you check you are in the correct customer account before you make any changes. See the Customer Account name in the top navigation. Use Change active account to switch to another account.


  2. Here you can update/ view:

    Contact Details
    Entity Details
    Billing Details
    Users and access
    Logo

  3. Update your Account information under Details, using the arrows on the right to expand and collapse each section.

    Note: The Entity Details are extracted from the ABN register. These details can only be updated from the registered information. If they are changed on the ABN register, Refresh ABN Extract to update the portal information.

  4.  this screenContact Details and Billing Details, as required, by using the tabs at the top of the screen and changing the fields as requiredImage Removed.
    NOTE: Before you can make any changes on the Contact Details or Billing Details page you will need to uncheck the box at the top of the screen “Contact/Billing address same as registered business address”.

  5. Click Update Customer Account at the bottom of the screenImage Removed. A pop-up will confirm your account has been successfully updated.
    NOTE: ABN information shown on this page is drawn directly from the ABN register, if this information is incorrect, you will need to update the ABN register first and then use the REFRESH ABN EXTRACT button.

 

 

  1. View and open your active users from the Details tab or see the list of users under the Users tab.

  2. Here you can add additional user information

  2. Here you can add additional user information - Position, Division and Work Phone. This can then be used as a field you can filter on in the user view.

  3. Select the account level and see or change (administrator access only) the status of the account access.

    Note: The top section containing User email and User phone, can only be updated by the User. See My Profile.


  4. To add/change your logo, select the Logo tab.
