- Navigate to Access permits> Application Trackerpermits > Application Tracker from the home page via the blue tile or the side navigation bar.
Watch the 'Getting Started' video - Select New Application.
- Create a name for your permit application
Enter a reference nickname, click OK.
Tip Using consistent naming conventions can will make it easier for you and your team to find permit applications in the future.

- A New Permit Application will open.
Follow the
six-6 step process at the top of the page to complete the Permit Application.
Click the green Select Configuration button at the top right of the screen.
Choose an existing vehicle configuration as the base for your build or you can chose custom to build your own.
On the vehicle configuration screen, use the Add Components or Remove Components buttons at the top right of the screen to build your vehicle configuration.
See Building a vehicle configurationSelect each component individually by using the tabs to the right of the Overall tab.
Select additional options for each component using the drop-down menu under each component tab. The vehicle image will adjust to show your selection.
- Complete all required component details under every tab. Confirm the selection of the corect components used in building the vehicle configuration (these will appear in red and you will not be able to submit your application unless they are completed).
- Click Save to return later or Next to move to the next step.
Add required information and click next to move to the next step.
You can complete these sections in any order, however incomplete sections will appear RED. These will need to be completedTip Incomplete sections will be coloured red. All sections must be complete before the system will allow the permit application to be submitted for payment.
