Step-by-step guide
- From the Account screen, click on the Change active account tile in the centre of the screen or use the side navigation or top navigation.
To change the Customer Account you are viewing, select Change Active Account. A green dot Navigate to Account > Change active account on the side bar menu. - A green dot shows against the current active account.
- Select the account you wish to use and exit.
Check
thatthe
new Active Account name is nowactive account name listed in the top navigation is correct.
Note:Info Tip If you are submitting a permit as a third party, it is important to check that you select are using the correct active account otherwise all . If permit application information will need to be resubmitted. information is submitted against the incorrect account it cannot be transferred to another account.
