- The road will have the suburb associated with it displayed in the report (e.g., John St, Newstead)
- Where the suburb differs for a road but the application type remains the same a new row will be inserted
- The report does not display a road that has no consents attributed to it

Consent Total | The total count of all consents associated with the 'Primary Key' | - The consent total may not be the total of the 'Completed' & 'Refused' columns
