My attachments won't load but I don't get an error message?

Answer: 

When attaching files, make sure you wait until the file has finished uploading. A successful upload is shown by the progress bar turning completely blue and a pop up notification in the bottom left of the screen. Also, remember the attachment file size must be less than 20mb.  

Alternatively you may be trying to upload an attachment that is too large or is not an acceptable file type:

  • .doc

  • .docx

  • .xls

  • .xlsx

  • .vsd

  • .vsdx

  • .txt

  • .png

  • .gif

  • .cad

  • .jpg

  • .png

  • .pdf

    If you are sure the file size and type are correct then please phone the /wiki/spaces/RMP/overview for support.
