What is the NHVR Portal and what does it do?

The NHVR Portal is a new online system that has been developed to make transacting with the NHVR faster, simpler and more accurate. The NHVR Portal will allow heavy vehicle operators to apply for Access Permits (Customer Module); with the Road Manager Module and Regulator Module providing a full end-to-end solution for applying and approving road permit applications.
Some of the benefits include:
complete, pay for and submit your application online
store and reuse information (Customer Details, Vehicle Information etc)
copy a previous application making it faster to apply
view application history including the associated payments
track the progress of permit applications
grant users various levels of access to the NHVR Portal Account.
