What are ‘Legacy Case Numbers’?

The NHVR Portal is a new permit management system that has replaced an existing software solution.  Applications received in the old system received a case number, which is now referred to as a ‘Legacy Case Number’ in the Portal to allow you to connect up previous applications prior to the decommissioning of the old software solution.

The number generated in the Portal will ‘one number’ that is created at application stage and will become your final permit number once approved.
