Copy or archive an existing vehicle configuration
- Navigate to Access Permits> Vehicle Configurations from the home page via the blue tile or the side navigation bar.
All saved vehicle configurations for the active account will be listed.
Select the required existing vehicle configuration
- Scroll through the list or use the drop-down filters to find the vehicle configuration required.
- Select Tab Options> to clear filters or switch between picture and table view.
Check box to select the existing vehicle configuration (first column of list).
Actions menu- Select drop-down Actions to view options.
Select Copy configuration or Archive.
The Actions button allows bulk updating. For example, archiving multiple existing configurations. This option is only active when one or more of the configurations is selected.
Copy
- Select Copy configuration.
- Enter Reference. Click OK.
Vehicle Configuration screen will open with a copy of the existing configuration. Changes can be made to the configuration.
View Vehicle configurations > Build a vehicle configuration for more information.Using the copy function can save you time in data entry.
A direct copy of your vehicle configuration will appear in the Vehicle Configuration list. You can use this function to use a vehicle configuration you have already built as the basis for another vehicle build.
Archive- Select Archive.
- Pop-up - Are you sure you want to archive the selected items? Click OK.
Vehicle status will change to Archived or Archived Configuration.
Archived items can be viewed using the Vehicle Configuration status column filter.
