Copy or archive an existing vehicle configuration

Navigate to Access Permits> Vehicle Configurations from the home page via the blue tile or the side navigation bar.

All saved vehicle configurations for the active account will be listed.

Select the required existing vehicle configuration

Scroll through the list or use the drop-down filters to find the vehicle configuration required.

Select Tab Options> to clear filters or switch between picture and table view.

Check box to select the existing vehicle configuration (first column of list).

Open

Actions menu

Select drop-down Actions to view options.

Select Copy configuration or Archive.

Copy

 Select Copy configuration.

Enter Reference. Click OK.

Vehicle Configuration screen will open with a copy of the existing configuration. Changes can be made to the configuration.
View Vehicle configurations > Build a vehicle configuration for more information.

 
Archive

 Select Archive. 

Pop-up - Are you sure you want to archive the selected items? Click OK.

Vehicle status will change to Archived or Archived Configuration.
