You will need to be an ACCOUNT ADMINISTRATOR to be able to make changes to the customer account.
- Navigate to Account > Manage customer account on the side bar menu.
- Select Users tab.
- Select the User (existing) or Add New User.
- View the User Type and table of what the user can and can't do either at the Account Level or for each specific module/ service area.
Looking for labels? They can now be found in the details panel on the floating action bar.
