I have been locked out of the NHVR Portal, what should I do?

Answer: 

For security, the NHVR Portal will lock out users after 6 consecutive login failures. The lock out time will be displayed on the screen to the user, and after this time login is available.


A captcha may appear after login failures to help ensure that your are a real human, and not a computer trying to breach the system security automatically testing logins.
