4. If you receive an error message that your email has already been registered, check with the administrator of the account or call the NHVR Call Centre on 1300 MYNHVR (1300 696 487) 7:00am – 5:00pm (AEST) Monday to Friday.
5. You will then receive an email asking you to activate your new User Profile.
6. Click the link in your email and it will open the NHVR Portal Sign In screen in a new web page.
7. Sign in with your new account credentials (email and password).
