To gain access to any of the services within NHVR Portal you must first be a registered user and then have a active membership with a Customer account.   For more information on how to set up a user account and a customer account, please click on the links below:

Manage Customer Account

From 1 October 2018

After the Go Live date the following rules apply for

Customer users:

  • Users with an account role of 'Administrator' will be able to enable the Registration Service in the Manage Customer Account Membership window.  
  • Users with a service permission of 'Enabled' for the Registration Service and an account role of 'Administrator' can enable the Registration Service for other users
  • If a user disables their Registration Service permissions they cannot re-enable it themselves.  A user within their account with a service permission of 'Enabled' for the Registration Service and an account role of 'Administrator' can perform the update
