For renewal consents, where there are existing conditions, previous decisions will be automatically copied across to the new consent request.

Road Managers have all of the standard options available when processing the consent request:

  1. Approve with no conditions (option available when all previous decisions are deleted)
  2. Approve with conditions (existing and option to include additional conditions)
  3. Refuse/ Reject one or more of the conditions (with the exception of pre-approvals)
. Warning‘Accept with Conditions’ is automatically selected, changing this to ‘Approve’ will delete all of the conditions from the consent. Re-selecting ‘Accept with Conditions’ after this will not is restore the copied conditions and they will need to be manually added
