When changing customer account information such as the entity details, contact details or billing details.
Step-by-step guide
From the home screen, click on the Account tile in the centre of the screen. Or click on the ‘folder plus person’ iconlocated at the bottom of the side navigation panel. All of the Account functions are also included in the drop-down menu next to Customer Account name located in the top pane.

To change the Customer Account you are viewing, select Change Active Account. A green dot shows against the current active account.

To update the details for a customer account, select Update Customer Account from the drop-down menu in the top pane under the Customer Account name.

Update the Entity Details, Contact Details and Billing Details, as required, by using the tabs at the top of the screen and changing the fields as required.
NOTE: Before you can make any changes on the Contact Details or Billing Details page you will need to uncheck the box at the top of the screen “Contact/Billing address same as registered business address”.

Click Update Customer Account at the bottom of the screen. A pop-up will confirm your account has been successfully updated.
NOTE: ABN information shown on this page is drawn directly from the ABN register, if this information is incorrect, you will need to update the ABN register first and then use the REFRESH ABN EXTRACT button.

You will need to be an ACCOUNT ADMINISTRATOR to be able to make changes to the customer account.
- Navigate to Account > Manage customer account on the side bar menu.
- View Details, Users, Logo information using the tabs.
- Select Details tab.
- Check the account information using the drop-down to open each section – Contact details, Entity details, Billing details.
- Make any amendments required.
Save.
Warning Make sure you check you are in the correct customer account before you make any changes. See the Customer Account name in the top navigation. Select Change active account to switch to another account.
Tip Entity Details are extracted from the ABN register. These details can only be updated from the registered information. If they are changed on the ABN register, Refresh ABN Extract to update the portal information.
Select Users tab or view active users from the Details tab.
Click on user name or image to Manage customer account membership.
Add / amend User details, Access level or Account activation as required.
Tip The top section containing User email and User phone, can only be updated by the User. See My Profile.
Adding additional user information, eg. Position, Division can be useful to use as a filter in the user list.
Select Logo tab.
Add or change Logo.
Save.
