Customer Module

Case Status – The ‘Expired Decision’ Status will commence on the 56th additional day after the initial 28th day  day of the consent request. This is  (84 days in total with Road Manager). The 28 days is the legislative duration that the consent request can be with a Road Manager for a decision. If no response from the road manager after 28 days the status will show “Overdue” until the additional 56th day.

Road Manager Module

Case Status – The ‘Expired Decision’ Status will commence on the 56th additional day after the initial 28th day  day of the consent request. If the ‘Expired Decision’ is reopened, the case duration will applied to the Road Manager will continue from the time of the original request (84 days in total with Road Manager). The 28 days is the legislative duration that the consent request can be with a Road Manager for a decision. If no response from the road manager after 28 days the status will show “Overdue” until the additional 56th day.
