- From the Account screen, click on the Navigate to Account > Change active account tile in the centre of the screen or use the side navigation or top navigation.
To change the Customer Account you are viewing, select Change Active Account. A green dot on the side bar menu. - A green dot shows against the current active account.
- Select the account you wish to use and exit.
Check
thatthe
new Active Account name is nowactive account name listed in the top navigation is correct.
Note:Info Tip If you are submitting a permit as a third party, it is important to check that you select are using the correct active account otherwise all . If permit application information will need to be resubmitted. information is submitted against the incorrect account it cannot be transferred to another account.
