  1. From the Account screen, click on the Navigate to Account > Change active account tile in the centre of the screenImage Removed or use the side navigationImage Removed or top navigationImage Removed.

  3. Select the account you wish to use and exit.

    new Active Account name is now

    active account name listed in the top navigation is correct.

    Tip

    If you are submitting a permit as a third party, it is important to check that you select are using the correct active account otherwise all . If permit application information will need to be resubmitted. information is submitted against the incorrect account it cannot be transferred to another account.
