Permit expiry notification - Implement 6 week permit expiry reminder.[NHVRREP-3937] - Case Management: Update current Customers will now receive a reminder to renew expiring permits 6 weeks prior to the expiry, with a final reminder also sent 24 hours before the expiry date.

[NHVRREP-3863] - Vehicle detail - relabel button SAVE AND RETURN TO REQUESTis selected, the Pre-Approvals Form will be available for download directly from the Portal.
Permit Application > Travel Details - Night travel field has been added under Travel Details.
Information Request > Vehicle details - when asked for additional Vehicle Details the SAVE button has been re-labelled to SAVE AND RETURN TO REQUEST, making it clear that the IR still needs to be finalised by clicking SAVE.
