GLOBAL CHANGES ACROSS ALL SERVICE AREAS
- Portal Security - Advising that a global NHVR Portal security check has been completed - to ensure overall security for customers.
ACCESS
- Low-loader 5 axle trailer axle group mass change - When applying for an Access permit when adding a Low-loader 5 axle trailer, the Portal will now allow the addition of 80t Axle group mass on the Permit (Note: this was previously 70t).
ACCREDITATION
- AFM Establishment or Add Module Application - Audit details change - Customers will be given the ability to lodge an AFM Establishment or Add Module application without having to provide Audit details. Audits are still mandatory to support NHVR approving applications.
VEHICLE STANDARDS
In-principle Support application change - Data capture improvements and text changes have been implemented as a result of feedback to ensure In-principle Support applications can be completed with minimal assistance.
