Locating the existing permit
- If the Permit ID includes numbers and lettersXXX, it will be located in the Permit Library (Step 3).
- If the Permit ID is numbers onlyXXX, use the Application Tracker to amend your permit (Step 11).
Amend an existing permit in the Permit Library
- Navigate to the permit the Permit Library.
- Click on On the INACTIVE TAB.Search OPEN TAB, search for the Permit using the table filters, typing in the Permit ID .Then tick for example the Permit ID.
To display more permit details, add columns to table by selecting TAB OPTIONS > Change columns. Then on the COLUMN SELECTOR tab, tick the checkbox against the column you wish to add and click APPLY.
Then tick to select the permit you wish to amend

Once the permit is selected, from ACTIONS FOR 1 ITEM button, select AMEND.
Update the permit details and submit.Note icon false By selecting multiple permits, you can carry out bulk actions.
- Make the required amendments to the permit.
- If you are amending a Jurisdiction Permit, upload the file under Attachments.
Complete the remaining steps and click on Save button located at the bottom of the page; this will save the changes you have made on the Permit and be applied to all of the subsequent Cases sharing the Permit Number.
Warning Any updates made to a Permit will be automatically applied to all subsequent Cases associated with the Permit no matter what status the Case is in.
Amend an existing permit in Application Tracker
- Navigate to the permit the Application Tracker.
- Click on the SUBMITTED TAB.
- Search for the Permit using the table filters, for example the Permit ID.
To display more permit details, add columns to table by selecting TAB OPTIONS > Change columns. Then on the COLUMN SELECTOR tab, tick the
AMEND button.Update the permit details and submitcheckbox against the column you wish to add and click APPLY.
Then tick to select the permit you wish to amend.
Once the permit is selected, from ACTIONS FOR 1 ITEM button, select AMEND.
- Make the required amendments to the permit.
- If you are amending a Jurisdiction Permit, upload the file under Attachments.
Complete the remaining steps and SAVE.
