1. From the home screen, click on the Account tile in the centre of the screenImage Added. Or click on the ‘folder plus person’ icon located at the bottom of the side navigation panelImage Added. All of the Account functions are also included in the drop-down menu next to Customer Account name located in the top paneImage Added.

2. Click the Change Active Account tileImage Added or click the 'folder plus person' icon located at the bottom side of the navigation panelImage Added or select select it from the drop-down menu .

3. Select the account you wish to use and exit.
4. Check that the new Active Account name is now listed in the top right of the screen.
   Note: If you are submitting a permit as a third party, it is important that you select the correct active account otherwise all permit application information will need to be resubmitted.
