  1. From the Account screen, click on the Change active account tile in the centre of the screen or use the side navigation or top navigation.                

  2. To change the Customer Account you are viewing, select Change Active Account. A green dot Image Modified shows against the current active account.

     

  3. Select the account you wish to use and exit.
  4. Check that the new Active Account name is now listed in the top navigation.

    Note: If you are submitting a permit as a third party, it is important that you select the correct active account otherwise all permit application information will need to be resubmitted.
