  1. From the home screen, click on the Account tile in the centre of the screen or use the side navigation or top navigation.                


  2. Click the Change Active Account tile or click the 'folder plus person' icon located at the bottom side of the navigation panel or select select it from the drop-down menu next to the Customer Account name in the top pane.

     

  3. Select the account you wish to use and exit.
  4. Check that the new Active Account name is now listed in the top right of the screen.
    Note: If you are submitting a permit as a third party, it is important that you select the correct active account otherwise all permit application information will need to be resubmitted.
