Step-by-step guide
- From the home Account screen, click on the Account Change active account tile in the centre of the screen or use the side navigation or top navigation.
Click the To change the Customer Account you are viewing, select Change Active Account tile or click the 'folder plus person' icon located at the bottom side of the navigation panel or select select it from the drop-down menu next to the Customer Account name in the top pane. A green dot shows against the current active account.
- Select the account you wish to use and exit.
Check that the new Active Account name is now listed in the top
right of the screen.navigation.
Info Note: If you are submitting a permit as a third party, it is important that you select the correct active account otherwise all permit application information will need to be resubmitted.
